UK holds the copyright laws more Internet friendly, adding fair usage

Simply plug in a time when progress of copyright does not seem, but actually going backwards, it's nice to see, try at least one country progress. Britain's Prime Minister David Cameron has announced a six month review of UK copyright law, trying to make fit "for the Internet age".

Cameron has especially an eye to the United States doctrine of fair use, which permits limited types of unauthorized use of copyrighted material, which he believes is useful allow enterprise, innovation and new types of goods and services to produce Great Britain has currently no fair use rules - and indeed, under current UK law it is not even legal CDs, RIP mp3s.

Of course, it is uncertain how useful will be a fair use provision, given that even over here in the U.S. media companies seem to do everything, it can eliminate – most in particular passing the DMCA, which means that it is illegal DRM files such as such as e-books to strip, even if you do it, so can a legitimate fair use of it to make.

Yes you have the time to learn, new fangled Internet, just put the remote down

This post has roles's were response to Emily Lloyd's Strip over the 23 things in my head for a while and after reading Stephen Abram I fingers on the keyboard to put it out am.

 My reaction to Emily's post differs from Stephen's. What I see is how important it is to learn to keep. 23 Things was and still is great.But we remember lesson 2 on lifelong learning was wurde.Der purpose of 23 things, get your feet wet, a place to start to test waters, could go and swimming, not sitting on the dock.

We learned this idea once we all dates have memorized, the facts and the test we're done.  I think it starts at school. One learns, take a test write an essay and check! You are finished learning over to the next thing.There is no focus on continuous learning.I talk about when I talk about Transliteracy, you are no longer done lernen.Sie cannot learn Flickr or Twitter or as current phone and explain Transliterieren, it is a journey, no end is a Prozess.Es.

This brings me to my rant (I have a birthday coming up, I guess I'm getting old and cranky).

 I hear time and again from people I have no time to learn new things, as you keep everything, I have no time. Guess what? Do.Turn the tv, put the gossip magazine stop cat cute videos on YouTube view and learn about starten.Sie time, choose to do something else to spend it.  If you say you don't have time, what you say is that it is not a priority. That's OK, we all have different priorities. But stop telling me you don't have time to do.

Listen to at complaining that no one is that time to this new fangled things to learn at work Twitter how.
